Hi everybody, my granddaughter has sown strawberry seeds in a pot before she broke up from school this summer. We singled them out and they have made lovely little plants ,Will they be ok outside this winter in a basket or should we put them in a well lit shed .
Thanking you in advance.

They should be fine outside, but not necessarily in a basket, those are prone to freezing if the weather's really cold. I'd put them in the ground, that'd be safest, or in a very large pot, altogether, up against the house wall or somewhere sheltered and a bit warmer than the middle of the garden, and replant them into your basket or strawberry planter in early spring next year.
