can i plant lupin seeds from plant when dried out if so please advise. also when can i mve a climbing rose from a pot do they like shade , or sun i am a novice with roses help

I assume you mean the seed pod. Yes plant now in a pot and then leave outside. plant out next spring where you want them to flower.
the rose in the pot can be planted anytime. they don't mind a bit of light shade but I wouldn't put them in deep shade.

Lupins are biennials, so you need to repeat this process
every year to keep a nice display permanently.

I've had lupins grow for 10 yrs or more Diane so considered perennial though there are some annual ones. many only seem to last for 4 yrs though thanks to the slugs.
