I have 4 hydrangeas in my garden which I cut down last
autumn and this year I have not had 1 flower, but plenty of
big green leaves. I have cut down the bushes at the same time previously and had no problem. Help please

Normally Hydrangeas (depending on the type) need no pruning except to remove the faded flower heads. They flower the following year on wood grown this year. Unless they are H. paniculata and its ilk which flower on new wood and are cut down in February.
You may well have removed the flowering shoots when pruning.
