hi I have a goji berry plant in my front garden it gets the sun all day, can someone tell me please why its keeps flowering at this time of year late august/September , ive had it in here for 4 years . thanks sam.

RHS site says it flowers in summer - so August/September would seem reasonable given the slow start to this year's growing season with most things being late flowering.

Does it appear to be setting any fruit?
