Hello Folks, me again!
Can anybody please tell me what these plants are? I saw some in flower last year and cadged a couple of seed pods when the flowers were gone. I can tell you that they seeded VERY readily and I got hundreds in a seed tray. I planted these out a few weeks ago and as you can see they look very healthy as well as attractive, but I've absolutely no idea what they are. Help!

Thank you, Owdboggy. They've grown another few inches since the photo taken about five days ago. They certainly look healthier and more vigorous than my poor Tibouchina!

Nicandra physalodes, a hardy annual with as many names as you care to read. Shoo Fly Plant, Apple of Peru to name but 2.
