how do i over winter fuschias trailing begonias and new guinea impatiants

The fuchias [if not fully hardy] need to be kept barely watered and frost free. They may well drop all their leaves but come the spring they will releaf. When the begonia leaves drop I lift mine and store them in sawdust in the coal house. anywhere frost free would be fine. as for the ng impatiens they need to be brought indoors and treated as a houseplant.
