I have one crown of rhubarb in my garden. Can I split this and how do I do it. I am an amateur at propogating plants.

You can split a rhubarb crown when the plant is dormant in autumn the link below gives very good advice on how to do

If you do spit it though you shouldn't pull stalks from it for a whole season to give it time to settle. Unless it is an old mature crown I'd leave it a year or two if it was mine.
