It looks like the grey Dagger Moth caterpillar, but they have two black horns on their back, one near the tail and another larger one behind their head. It's not too clear from your picture if this is the case?

Definitely Grey dagger moth. Food plants are many, shrubs and trees. It was willow at my place.
