Hi, I have a beautiful hedge of caprosma repens marble queen, kept to about 50 cm high, but from time to time a plant will just drop healthy looking leaves and die, sometimes doing this branch by branch. any ideas what could be causing this?

C. repens is tender but I didn't think that it often got that cold in Australia, P! Maybe I am wrong.
However, I would like to see a picture of a Coprosma 'hedge', Radicjay, I have not heard of one of these before.

If it's affecting one plant at a time, then it sounds like something fungal affecting the roots to me.
