Hi, the traditional method was to use a sulphur candle in autumn, before putting any plants in for overwintering, and moving out any plants that were already in the greenhouse, but you can now get a more "green" type o fumigant based on garlic, and you don't have to move your plants out of the greenhouse, leaves no bad smell, and no deposits, just make sure to block up any openings or cracks, and keep the vents closed for 12 hours, Derek.
