Have had a lot of problems with black spot. Four years ago I brought new roses and planted them on the highest spot in my yard. I think I have lost them.m Any how. Howdoes one go about making a new rose bed in the the same spot?

Not a good idea to plant roses in a bed where they have been before. Try planting disease resistant varieties in a new bed, keep the ground around them free of dead matter and spray regularly with soapy water.
