Presumably Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Columnaris' with the bluey tinge to the foliage sprays?
It is ultimately quite large with a steady height increase of roughly a foot (30cm) a year, possibly slightly more if soil is a good deep loam. A tree of about 20 years will be roughly between 20-25ft but relatively slim, indeed columnar.
