I need to know how deep to plant Iris chrysographes and how far apart bulbs should be planted please

Iris chrysographes is a rhizome and so should be planted very shallowley, barely beneath the surface. If you have individual rhizomes I would try to make a clump of the iris and so plant about 4 - 6 inches appart.
