Can I put a Laburnun Voss in a container
- If so what size and planting instructions can you give me.

As this tree should grow to 25', I think it might be too big for a container. However, anything is possible if you are willing to keep it pruned and fed. You would need a big container, such as a half-barrel, and grow it in a JI 3 compost - feeding and watering frequently. There is a small weeping Laburnum, called L.alpinum 'Pendulum' which only grows to 6'. You might be able to track that one down.
