I have a glut of green and red chillies in the garden. Apart from freezing them, is there anything else I can do please.

You can pickle or preserve them in vinegar, olive oil, salt, alcohol or even sugar.

my mum does chutney with them i can get a recipe? also jam 2. or dry them out last a few years then!
