I have a long Laurel hedge which this year is looking very much the worse for wear, it's leaves are pock marked with thousands of tiny holes (as if something is eating them) and a lot of them are looking as if they have been burnt on the edges. Any idea's

I've just put ' shot hole desease ' into google and it came up with ' shot hole disease in laurel' so that may help you ( quite a few sites so I didn't read it all)
