frosted phormiums...is there any hope? they are in well drained soil but are still very flopped over.Is there any point trimming them back or should I save up for new ones? :)

It's wait and see - leave it till April, if they're not showing new growth at the top of the stem, remove dead leaves and let it grow - if they don't grow, replace them.
