i have some lupin seedlings and found a small catepiller having his feed are they to young to spray with something ?

Answers
Lupins tend to die down in winter, so I would not bother spraying with anything apart from for Lupin greenfly.

Possibly better just to pick off the caterpillar and keep your eyes open for more.
