Has anyone got a photo of their garden that has been planted out with small evergreen shrubs/conifers? We intend to plant out our border with groups of 3 bushes towards the back (about 2-3' wide) and continue to plant colourful annuals in front of them. We already have some nice perennials which are doing very well. Thanks for your help

Otherwise check out Hebes - they are many of varying sizes which are evergreen and make neat growers, things like Hebe Broughton Dome, or Green Globe. If you want something with grey leaves, there's Brachyglottis (used to be Senecio 'sunshine') which responds well to clipping and doesn't get too large, also evergreen.

Bluespruce grows a lot of conifers in his garden. If you look at his pictures, there are several dwarf ones among them
