Some of my seed potatoes have gone green while chitting in the greenhouse. Does it matter please?

I agree, the potato you plant into the ground will be nothing but a skin by the time it comes to harvesting. Don't plant them yet, it's still a bit early.

No. Potatoes go green when exposed to the light. This is why we earth up the potatoe ridges to keep the light off the tubers we are going to eat.
