I've just discovered some berries on my Jasminum x Stephanense, I have removed the seeds but does anyone know if it will be easy to germinate them? The seed is quite hard so I'm guessing it might work to leave them outside for the winter and hope they germinate in the spring? I usually propagate this plant from cuttings and this is the first time I have seen berries on it. Any info gratefully received......

they need temperatures around 75 degrees Fahrenheit
you need to mix sphagnum peat moss, compost and coarse sand in equal parts - water 4" pots well before planting the seeds - cover with thin layer of soil - water as needed (moist but not wet) then wait (lol) - plant out when about 6" high -- Ken
