Transplanting evergreens

I want to move a small evergreen hebe. Is now the best time? Thank you Anchorman. I have moved some deciduous shrubs, but thought evergreens might be different.

Should be fine now although it would have been better 3-4 weeks ago. As long as you get plenty of soil with the root and don't move it on a frosty day or when frost is imminent it should be fine
