Noticed some of my daffodill bulbs pushing through as I strolled in my garden today.
Oh they will get such a shock with weather.

They often do this down south. It will not harm them if it turns cold, they just stop growing

Not a problem Scotkatā€¦ it has ben a mild autumn so the bulbs are already appearing. One of our Trillium's regularly puts up a huge nose at this time of year and then sits through the winter until spring - no need to protect.

they are poking through in east yorks too. trilliums not though but all my hermatodactylus are in leaf too.

I planted my first Trillium yesterday so don 't expect it for ages. But daffs are real toughies. No sign of them here though.
