Grape Hyacinths that haven't died back for years!!!....never come across that before. I agree with Bulbaholic and wouldn't cut them back.

All I ever do with them is dig them up and throw them away, we have 1,000s.

I can't understand why these do not die back and wonder if Guest is talking abouts the bulbs that I think of as grape hyacinths.
If they are Muscari then I would not cut them back as thios will deprive the bulb of energy.
