well I planted my Lupine's last summer, and their not dying. But they are getting new leaves and not getting any blooms. What should I do? Also my impatients were doing well from last august, now after the rains they are starting to shrivel up, What do I need to do to keep them from dying?

It is too early for your lupins to be flowering wait a few months. Impatiens are annuals you need to pull them out and start another lot.

I would still have thought March too early for a lupin to flower, especially if the was only planted last August. Mekab are there lupins in flower in your neighbours gardens?
