Some garden centers might stock it but it is probably easier to do a web search. Try RHS Plantfinder for a local stockist.

Burncoose nursieries stock them as plants. I bought tubers from kevock gardens last autumn. google them and they will come up. Harlow Carr RHS garden at Harrogate sometimes have them too.

That said you are unlikely to be able to buy right now... wrong time of year.
