Yes, in the past we paid for expensive tubers and cut them in 4, dust the cut ends with sulphur, place in a tray with John Innes no.1 compost. Water with boiled water cooled down. Put in the propogating case, cover the tray with a piece of glass. Shade until you see growth. Turn the glass each morning. Pot up when leaves turn green.
