Depends what's in it - if its full of summer bedding, absolutely not, but if you've got things like pansies or primulas/polyanthus, then yes. Summer bedding baskets (petunias, begonias, busy lizzy, lobelia, that kind of thing) you will have to wait till the end of May (unless you're in a warm part of the country and it's actually warm by mid May).
