Please can you recommend a perennial plant to me - It needs to be no taller than 25 30 cms, happy near to the bottom of a small hedge, in full sun - and to flower all summer - I have a long border in my front garden and usually plant annuals such as begonia, aster, or geranium. However, increasing years have decided me that I need a plant that with a little care and attention will stay there for years. We are in the coolest part of Surrey and temperatures have been down to -12 this winter - it needs to be strong!
