i had to look that one up.
my book says this plant is a shrub and grows to 10ftx10ft in shade so if its tiny at the moment then probably but not for long.

And it won't flower either, at least not whilst young and in proportion to the basket. Once it's hanging and trailing several metres in length though you will probably have flowers?!

Thankyou, I will hang the medinilla and see what happens. I have found it a difficult plant to get information on.
