I covered a concrete path with four inches of soil and seeded it,but every year the grass turns yellow even with a good fertiliser. Can you please help.Thank you ,Robert

Bad news Robert - grass needs good drainage, and you can say a lot of things about concrete, but "drainage" wouldn't be one of the words that spring to mind. Take up the concrete, or drill lots of holes all over it (2 inches apart).
