Mine is massive and leaning over on to next door. It is a substantial tree. when can I prune it?. Is MArch too late?. How much can I cut off it without damaging it?

If it is massive and leaning into your neighbour's garden you may need to get a tree surgeon to look at it. He/she will know exactly how to prune back. However, if it is seriously leaning into your neighbour's garden you may have to consider removing completely.
