I have got dead flower pots on my window sill and they are quiet large, I would like something that grows a little tall so keeps people from looking into my house, simple stuff but pretty.

Inside windowsill or outside? For inside, large palms (Kentia) are good, also, Cissus antarctica is an easy climber.Or a rubber plant or Ficus benjamina has variegated leaves. IKEA sell some quite cheap large house plants.

I'd say Geraniums (Pelargoniums) for inside or out.

I'm still trying to imagine a dead flower pot, lol. Inside or outside is crucial, Guest, as is the size of the pots you have - "quite large" doesn't mean much to me.
