I have 2 red edged hebes. Both are very healthy, about 2 ft. in diameter and look beautiful, however although there are masses of buds on them, they have never actually flowered. I also have a white one which I have no problem with. Please tell me how to get the flowers to flower!!

I can only speak from growing my two red edge hebes but neither flowered in three years in my previous garden until the year we were moving and then only a very poor show.Maybe it's just a thing with red edge???
