Does my house at 65-70 degrees sound appropriate to grow a kangaroo apple? Should it be warmer? should I wait a few months until summer to plant or is sooner ok?

First it grows very large, second it is very very poisonous and thirdly it does very badly in UK.
Tolerates frost a little, but only lives 5 years. Needs a long warm climate to stay alive 5 years even.
