how tall do dwarf chamaerops humilis grow

my book calls a 'chamaerops humilis' a dwarf fan palm and it grows to 5ft very slowly.
hope this is what you mean.

They actually get slightly over 6 meters, here in the desert, but that takes about 50 years here. I have no idea how long it would take in the UK!
