Grew leeks in pots last year with compost. Can I use this compost again in raised beds this year even with white tendrils in it? I will add more soil or compost

Hi Marcanthony and welcome to GoY. The white tendrils are the remains of roots from the leeks, the compost can be added to your raised bed.
