When spring comes, Louise ;-). We planted about the same time as you and they still look like a row of sticks in the ground. When the weather warms up I would expect (hope) to see next years fruiting canes start to emerge from the ground.

i wouldnt worry i planted mine in november and they r still sitting they r waiting for the sun to warm the soil then you should get small buds and new growth coming through the ground i was the same last year they do come eventually .
