I;m sorry to say it does look somewhat like Fireblight - you will know, because the others will die too, either gradually or quickly. If this happens (there's no treatment) then make sure you do not plant anything belonging to the Rosacaea family in that area again - this group includes Roses, Prunus (cherries, etc) Photinia and others.
