Quite a few of my daffodils have not flowered this year. I think "Blind" is the term used. Is it worth keeping them to perhaps flower next year, or should I dispose of them?

You could dig them up and split the clumps, replanting with a feed before you dispose of them. It could just be that they're too close together, not deep enough, or they haven't been nourished enough.
