I have a good supply of leaf mould. Is it beneficial to add this as a top dressing to any garden or pot plant or do some plants not like it? When is the best time to do this? Thank you.

Thank you Spritzhenry for your help. I will use what I currently have, in the garden tomorrow, weather permitting! Senneti.

It's really a soil conditioner. Senetti - woodland and shade plants like it as a mulch. I'd be quick if you want to use it this year. I don't know of any plants that wouldn't appreciate it. You could dig it into the soil, too, anywhere in the garden.
