I have a Monstera (Fruit Salad) plant growing outside
which is about 10 years old and about 2meters high.
Can I cut this down to 1 meter and will it grow again
from where it,s been cut.

If it doesn't already have new shoots from the base, the base may be too old to produce them now. I would treat the top as a giant cutting, in case the stump doesn't sprout.
