I have an aeoruim and Its stem was getting black, I thought i killed it, but now i realize after seeing other photos that maybe that was the natural process. Point being can I transplant the flowers if they have no roots and how do I do that? thanks

Ah by 'flowers' did you mean the individual florets of leaves by any chance? Then yes you can try putting the individual florets on the top of sharp sand or a very lean and gritty compost. Good luck!
