how tall will my japonica geisha red grow

If you mean azalea japonica 'Geisha Red' it should say on the label, but unlikely to get over 2 or 3 feet at the most, unless its described as "low" as in 'Geisha Orange', which gets about a foot high and maybe more wide.
Otherwise, I guess you could be talking about Camellia japonica? Or Chaenomeles japonica?
