I have a hosta and a bottle brush that need to be moved as they are going to be swamped by other plants, is it ok to do it now? Also, when is a good time to prune/cut back my choisya ternata? Some of the leaves have gone brown and it is looking a bit tired. Thank you.

if you prune your Choisya, you'll lose the flowers - mine is in bud. Wait until it's flowered.
I don't see why you shouldn't move the plants now - as long as you prepare the planting holes to put them straight in, watering well.
