It may be dry during budding up time July Aug Sept. Also try ericaceous fertiliser, especially if any leaves are yellow. If little rain, water it during this time and try to do it with rainwater. A larger pot might be an idea if the pot is small. Camellias do not mind shade, so not too much sun. Sorry they can be fussy. A lot of us have moved camellias until we find the right spot.
