As Derris Dust is nolonger available, has anyone got an alternative product suggestion?

Here in the States, we've always known it as rotenone dust, and it has been used for chewing insects, such as leaf beetles and caterpillars. I use spinosad for them, but I don't know if it comes in a dust form. If you are just concerned with caterpillars, Bt dust works well.
