I have 2 large phormium in very large pots by the front door. They appear to be giving up the will to live as the fronds/leaves are all drooped over the edges and hardly any standing upright.
Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received.

You don't say how long they've been in the same pots, but if its more than two years, it may be time to turn them out, split them and repot in fresh compost. Check the rootballs to see if they're rootbound and compacted.
