Red stems are probably just new growth - they often come through red at first.Not sure what you mean by black leaves - if you mean black spot, you need to treat for that. Greenfly you can spray for too - buy yourself some Roseclear 3 and a sprayer, mix it up according to the instructions (black spot strength probably) and spray till run off. That should sort both problems.
