My photina serr (red robin) has new shoots on all the ends, do I cut them off by pruning now or wait? I Want my robin to grow in height as a screen but it's very thing at the minute and about 1mtr tall. I brought it about a month ago and been watering ever since

If you are saying you want to use it as a screening plant, but that it is currently not very bushy, then prune it back to encourage more growth. You can do this now, or wait till the new leaves open to see if you then think its looking bushier anyway.
